What to include

• A question about a quantity: the item code, what you measured, and what you expected.
• A problem with a drawing: whether it is PDF, DXF or DWG, and how you set the scale.
• Moving computers: the installation code from the new computer (Support tab, Licence).

Things we are often asked

• Do my drawings leave my computer? No. Nothing is uploaded, ever. See the Privacy Policy.
• Can I use one account on two computers? One account runs QTac on one computer. Moving is free; just write to us.
• Do you do bar bending schedules? No. Steel is out of scope on purpose.
