Refunds and cancellation

We would rather give your money back than have you feel stuck with something that does not suit you.

The short version

• Within 7 days of paying, and before you have used that period, write to bqi.support@brainquisitive.com and we refund it in full.
• If QTac will not run on your computer and we cannot put it right, we refund the period whether or not you have used it.
• Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 7 working days once we approve them.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Each period is bought on its own, with no auto-debit and no standing instruction, so a period you do not renew simply ends. Nobody will take money from your account without you doing something.

What happens to your work

Nothing. When a period ends or is refunded, QTac still opens, shows and saves your projects, and every Excel file and marked-up PDF you have made remains yours. Only measuring, assigning items and the exports pause until you enter a new access code.

Before you ask for a refund

If something is wrong, tell us first: bqi.support@brainquisitive.com. Most problems are a setting or a drawing that needs a different scale, and we usually answer the same working day. If we cannot fix it, we will say so and refund you.
